Education on Damage assessment - Certifications and CE training seminars
Available from Haag Engineering Co.
Our Certified Inspectors (HCI) Commercial and Residential Roofs courses are Haag’s premier comprehensive training programs. These intensive 3-day Certification Programs combine damage assessment training with comprehensive testing. Haag Certification is designed for intermediate level professionals, and attendees must meet experience requirements. The programs teach students to assess damage to all major types of residential (steep-slope) or commercial(low-slope) roofs. We profile manufacture, installation, weathering, hail and wind damage, maintenance, mechanical damage and repair costs.
As a leader in forensic engineering, armed with expertise gained through nine decades in the field, we are pleased to share our knowledge with colleagues throughout the industry. Haag’s line of seminars includes almost all roofing types, foundations, siding, framing, electrical issues, lightning damage, fire origin and cause, earthquake damage, and many more. The latest additions to Haag’s library of more than 30 seminars are the California Earthquake Adjuster Certification Course, Oil Well Drilling Accidents, and Sinkhole Evaluations. Haag’s first on-line seminar, “Composition, Wood and Tile Roof Damage Assessment,” is now available, with additional seminars coming soon. We maintain providership licenses with all states that require continuing education for insurance adjusters, enabling us to provide our students CE credit for all our courses.
